2. Workshop Registration & Attendance
Registration for the live SWM CRM sales automation workshop is complimentary for designated batches. Attendees are expected to arrive punctually on Zoom with audio and video capability. Replays or supplementary materials are provided at the sole discretion of SWM CRM.

4. Intellectual Property
All training videos, visual funnel blueprints, WhatsApp templates, software workflows, logos, and proprietary CRM documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of SWM CRM and its Founder & CEO. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
